We ship every weekday from our U.S. fulfillment center.

Processing time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern on a business day are typically picked and labeled the same day. Orders placed after that or on weekends/holidays are processed on the next business day.

Domestic delivery
Standard delivery in the contiguous United States is 3–7 business days from the ship date. You will receive an email with tracking as soon as the label is generated.

International delivery
International orders are shipped via standard international mail and typically arrive within 10–21 business days. The customer is responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees charged on arrival.

Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments
If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 business days, or your package arrives damaged, contact us and we will reship or refund the order — your choice.

Address changes
If your shipping address changes after you order, please email or call us within 1 business day so we can update the label before it ships.
